Busy sleeping?

If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

Sleep is essential

Given how busy our lives are, even if they are mostly spent doing nothing, we find it difficult to sleep well. If given the option of not having it all, I would take advantage of the opportunity to further my education and relax, both of which will be beneficial to me at this point in my life.

Sleep is extremely crucial for our health and survival. It’s an essential component of overall health and well-being. A phase of diminished mental and physical activity that permits our brains to cycle between REM and non-REM.

While I no longer have an abundance of time and resources,. As a victim of insomnia, I understand how essential sleep is in my life, and a lack of it leaves me stressed, anxious, and upset, which indirectly impacts my other life events negatively. If I didn’t require sleep, I’d rather spend my time resting because success is not judged by the amount of activities we are engaged in.

There are things We all share!

What are your favorite animals?

We all have lives and family.

I was drawn to domestic animals such as dogs and cats until I came across parrots and birds and began to admire them. I had never liked rats or frogs, though I developed an interest in frogs later in life. Perhaps the way their owners behaved with them influenced my perspective or my direct touch with them.

One life

My affection for animals has increased significantly.

In my early years, I went on a few bushmeat hunts and appreciated the food they provided, but most of the time I considered their lives and rights to life as well. Even as my conscience struggles to accept it. However, nothing beats hunger, which is the reason for my early hunt activities without guilt. But in my early adulthood, my overall perception of animals broadened. I became disgusted at our direct and indirect participation in this carnage.

Though I am not a vegetarian, whether for fun, business, or consumption, of which many of us are guilty, it is time we changed our attitudes towards animals. Observing the delight of my small children upon meeting pigeons, cats, dogs, even insects and ants makes me happy and increases my respect of them.

We should all do more to safeguard and protect animals. Seeing how well these creatures coexist with humans and follow animals equally helped me realize and appreciate life and every animal’s right to life as well. My favorite animals may be dogs, cats, and parrots, but I also enjoy lions, eagles, hawks, tortoises, sharks, and wolves, among others, even bugs and ants, because we all share things in common.

Getting to know myself.

Look within.

I never really understood what it was I was looking for until I found myself. The journey of life is not only characterized by our choices but also the circumstances and nature that surround us. it is the nature of humans to be ambitious. Even at my age I still feel the pressure of dreams not fulfilled and the desire to attain success in all aspects of life. I have wandered and struggled even to the extent of giving myself up for success if that’s what it takes.

Nevertheless, in the midst of my journey, even at the height of my assumed achievement, I am still not satisfied and contented. I realize that my achievements really weren’t enough or what I thought were missing in my life. Therefore I am still indebted to finding that which my soul longs for. I was told if I were to count my blessings, I would first count my struggles, which made them possible.

Look within

To conquer the world, one must first conquer oneself. It was in the midst of my life I realized I am what I am looking for and what my soul longs for. I found that I am the center that every other thing resolves. I am the happiness. The peace, the prize. Until I am happy, nothing around me can feel interesting . Until I am peaceful, nothing around me will feel safe; until I am whole, nothing around me will feel complete.

I must appreciate this present moment to be contented with what the future holds. I must conquer myself to conquer the world. This is not saying that the discovery of my self rids me of everyday troubles; rather, it shapes and strengthens my inner peace and happiness towards greater self-satisfaction, happiness, and growth, which otherwise I have been lacking and searching for all my life. I found myself, and I am keeping myself from being distracted, discouraged again

It all depends on how much I enjoy it.

Beach or mountains? Which do you prefer? Why?

It’s up to your sense of enjoyment.

I do not have much swimming experience. But I enjoy the seaside activities. I’ve been to the beach a few times on scorching summer days with my ex-girlfriend. Malaga, Spain, features lovely beaches crowded with visitors and locals. The pleasant, fresh air bracing your body while you enjoy the beach activities of other beachgoers is appealing.

Beach me

The photos are memorable, with volleyball, kids constructing sandcastles, people swimming with dogs and others sunbathing shirtless on the beach. Also, I’ve been to the mountains several times for retreats and prayers. I cherished its tranquilly. Going to the beach was easy, but climbing the mountains was difficult. While on the mountain, I enjoyed watching mountain bike races, camping, and picnic activities. In the end, our selections may rely on our motives and sense of enjoyment. While I may favour the beach due to its fun, full load, and beehives, others may choose the mountain due to its serenity.

Bricks of instincts

Do you trust your instincts?

When body and spirit are in harmony

It is uncommon to have total faith in something or someone without any misgivings or suspicions. particularly with regard to people It’s a trait that is simple to lose yet hard to acquire.

People like me take trust seriously because, although life has taught us to trust, relatively few people actually do.

When you are in one with your spirit, you should trust your instincts.

Bricks of instincts

Before making decisions or taking action, we all have an inner voice that guides and advises us. While some refer to these voices as guiding angels, others regard them as instincts. It is not always convenient or a gift of natural energy for someone to have the propensity or impulse to act in a particular way in response to an internal drive or environmental stimuli.

I’ve always been more confident in my instincts when I trust them. Several times, I was able to avoid hurts and disappointments by listening to the small voice in my head, but I’ve also felt remorse after a few instances of disobedience.

Our gut feelings might not always be correct. However, they are most of the time. If you are one of the fortunate few, you should make the most of this significant natural gift. I would rather listen to the small voice when presented with options. If my body and spirit are in harmony. If yes,! I do follow my gut.

the year’s final month.

What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

December is special

For you or someone else, each month is unique. According to zodiac signs, our birth months reveal a lot about our personalities, but that is not the topic of our conversation. Having a favourite month outside of my birth month is nothing new to me as a Gemini.

December will always hold a particular place in my heart due to its events and meaning. The final month of the year is a time to celebrate surviving the remaining months and to spend time with family members we haven’t seen in a long time.

December gives us the chance to see one another and spend time together as a family, much like we did when we were younger, which is significant to me because I came from a huge family and lived differently. Additionally, there are a lot of celebrations and festivities throughout the neighbourhood.

Due to the fact that its occurrences tend to recur, it is crucial to pay attention to each month. Some months hold special meaning for people since they are associated with good fortune and favour while to some tragedies.

Having mentioned my reasons, the final month of the year is my favourite. I think your preferred month must also have a specific meaning for you.

Authenticity is more crucial.

What’s the first impression you want to give people?

I rather be myself

I don’t have an initial impression. Meeting people was challenging for me in my early years since I lacked confidence, which made me always anxious. I experimented with prepositioning myself, my speech, and my attitude because I was curious about other people’s opinions. Because I was putting pressure on myself to be better, nicer, more eloquent, decent, or even more than what comes easily to me, I frequently faltered. I usually strive to impress folks who aren’t worth the pressure or who even seem to have a worse attitude.

I am neither fake nor perfect.

Putting everything in perspective, I would rather be myself than impress others in my early adulthood. I know that clear honesty, strength, knowledge, and respect both silent and vocal are crucial, and that I am also not someone who is easy to mess with.

Regardless of how many times we have met, I am who I am because I won’t have to worry about changing who I am later on since I’ve already showed you who I am and you know how to handle our relationship, if there will be one.

I therefore already know how to present myself at my age, regardless of the situation or the persons involved. Nobody is flawless, including myself, but nothing compares to the kind of person you are, and the only impression we all need is in the areas where we can all do better in our life. Being authentic is more important to me than making an impression.

Healing is the new high

What book are you reading right now?

Healing is the new high

It’s about self-improvement and self-healing, which calls for emotional, spiritual, and physical involvement.
It’s about the potential for internal healing and the development of a new, more robust set of beliefs for the future that is free of the traumas of the past. recognising that regardless of what we have experienced in the past, we are all capable of moving forward. This book is excellent.

Home!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

No place like Home .

Nothing is more annoying than moving. either to the city or the closest community.

To restart life, more is required than just moving one’s body and possessions. I have lived in several cities and locations throughout my life in pursuit of a higher quality of life. One needs a significant amount of time to adjust to a new situation and environment. They say it’s nice to explore the world and experience life, but not as a refugee.

I have been given the chance to tour the world, either for pleasure or as a resident, and I have experienced both its joys and its hardships.

Having spent decades away from home, I have to say that no matter how much I enjoy my journey or where I end up, I will always have a place in my heart for my hometown. and that the situation that led to my departure had never occurred.I vouch for the adage that says, Home is where the heart belongs.” If there is anywhere I want to live in the future or next world, it will be my hometown, void of circumstances and pressures that led to my quest abroad in the first place.

The most Well known

Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?

Your celebrity of the day

Your celebrity of the day

It’s true that I respect a lot of individuals, particularly those who lead well-organised lives. those who become great after starting from nothing. I respect and learn from these folks in addition to admiring them. For me, your story—what you stand for and against—determines your level of fame.

It’s awful that the main stream and societies thrust down on us people that do not share our vision, features, interests, and way of life, and because of the benefits that come from popularity, everyone, irrespective of what they represent, is sponsored and promoted.Everyone aspires to fame, which undermines the virtues of ethics, diligence, and morals.

As an introvert, I enjoy interacting with people who make me feel better, who teach me new things, and who give my life meaning.

I’ve had the chance to meet some musicians one-on-one who are well-known throughout the world, and I’ve even taken pictures with them. However, I don’t consider them famous since their brand of fame doesn’t fit with my moral.

This isn’t meant to be disparaging. I must admit that I am the most well-known and infamous person I have ever met; it is neither an arrogant nor an egocentric issue on my side because I am yet to meet some of the renowned people I hold in high regard.
