More or less human

If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?

I am all ears

Currently I own no pet, but will acquire one in the future. Because they exhibit many of the deepest human impulses and traits—love, talk, listening, emotions, and even running errands—pets are much less human. Although it can occasionally be challenging to engage with them due to their non-human form and communication differences, however technology and animal trainers have made it easier than ever to converse with pets. I could help my pet understand that I’m always there for them. They should feel free to confide in me about their issues and concerns as long as I listened to them and offered assistance.

Pets are more empathetic and affectionate than humans, rarely refuse our calls for help, and are willing to sacrifice their lives for their owners. However, in spite of all this love, they frequently struggle to communicate their concerns and issues, which makes it tough to empathise with their emotions and pains. Or maybe it is a result of differences in our channels of communication. If I have the power to make them understand, it is for them to understand my willingness to hear them out and reciprocate their genuine affections for me without asking anything in return.

Reasons for your name:

Write about your first name: its meaning, significance, etymology, etc.

Funniest thing about my name

It never occurred to me to write about my name before now. Thanks to Prompt for bringing this to my attention. Regarding my background beliefs, origins, and ancestry. A name is more than just a mark of identification; it also represents history, lineage, beliefs, circumstances, and, to some extent, expectations . Igbo people attach numerous aspects to their children’s names and take them seriously since they believe they have the potential to manifest in their lives. The meaning of a name’s etymology varies among individuals. My name is broken into three halves, and I answer to whichever one is called. It’s pronounced Obianujunwa. Many people call me Ujunwa, although few call me Uju. I prefer the last one because it’s short, sexy, and profound. 😁

Uju

Igbo names, as I mentioned before, are related to the situation at the time of birth or event, which may be past, present, or future. superstitions, beliefs, experience etc. Obianuju translates to “born amid plenty.” Nwa stands for children. When you combine these factors, you are born into a family full of children; in fact, I am my parents’ seventh child. You can now see why the name was chosen. 😁 Although it’s considered a feminine name, some people have male children named Obianju, much like me. In any case, their motivation can differ from my parents’.

My close family and close friends name me Uju, which means plenty. The funniest thing about my name is that when I’m called in public, people occasionally question me why I go by it since they think I’m a man rather than a woman.

We are all leaders but.!

What makes a good leader?

Not all of is are very good at it

Leadership is the capacity to take charge of a group and become a key figure in any organisation or entity. It makes sense that anyone can have the qualities of a leader in the same situation, but only a select few are able to lead an organisation to success. Speaking of success, an organisation is considered successful when its employees’ potential is fully realised and well-cared for, in addition to when it meets its financial objectives. Although discussing all of the numerous attributes of a successful leader would require a significant amount of time and space, I will attempt to provide a summary for our convenience.

We all are leaders, but not all are good at it.

A leader should have these attributes in addition to integrity, empathy, and effective communication; to be respected by those under their direction, a leader must be a person of impeccable character who can see problems not only from his or her own point of view but also from that of other colleagues who are also skilled at communicating with everyone. powerful, determined, and visionary. A person cannot become a good leader if they lack vision, strength, and focus. The leadership traits and structures of an organization  determine its level of success.

An organisation needs a strong, determined, and visionary leader with a set of short-term and long-term objectives rooted in every action. A good leader leads by example, and it is not just found in corporate settings; it can also be found in our homes (families). Clubs, age groups, schools, etc. The people credit a good leader and not otherwise. All of us are leaders, but not all of us are very good at it.

Perhaps we should get one!

What is your favorite animal?

Man’s best friend

Of all the animals, I love dogs the most. There’s a reason it’s dubbed “man’s best friend.” It loves without conditions and has a strong emotional sensibility. We had a dog named Jimmy when we were kids. In addition to being a loving and amiable member of our family, she also protected and guided our house. Maybe my early interactions with Jimmy shaped my love for dogs.

I have occasionally made a self-promise to purchase one specifically for my children. It has recently come to my attention that my young daughters who have not had the opportunity to spend time with these beautiful animals have grown to feel a deep affection for them as well. My youngest daughter in particular makes me think of how I felt and still feel for man’s best friend when I watch her interactions with dogs on our walk to school. For the fifth time, I asked her if I should get us a puppy 🐕, and her response was as strong as the first time: perhaps it’s time, but our only issue is still the state of our living area and cost of nurturing one.

Legacy endures for ages!!!

In what ways do you communicate online?

When knowledge becomes waste?

I place a high value on communicating or exchanging information online by speaking, writing, or other means because it eliminates the need for in-person presence, which is necessary for direct or physical communication. Direct conversation makes it easy to be misunderstood, but online communication makes it much simpler.

Given this variety, I recognise the importance of being both cautious and adaptable and clear-cut in my internet behaviour because, as much as I can’t control people’s opinion about me, it is feasible to know my personality and how the public views me based on my post. Communication is more than just sharing information. In the same way that I impart knowledge through my writing, I use my online conversation to learn and unlearn.

Putting my work out there for everyone to read and having the ability to positively influence people’s lives while remaining open to collaboration, criticism, and correction. Because my work will continue to speak for my legacies long after I am gone. things that I oppose and support because it is not only a waste but also bad and evil to keep good knowledge to oneself.

A man’s food is another’s poison.

What snack would you eat right now?

Mindful of my stomach

I’m not a fan of fast food, or what we might call roadside meals. I’m conscious of what goes into my stomach, believing the adage that you are what you eat. Not knowing the exact properties of ingredients like sugar, salt, and other edible chemicals used in the production and manufacturing of some of our food and snacks. Every day, I am more motivated to prepare my own meals and snacks if possible.

I adore homemade meat pie. made of well-mixed flour, salt, sugar, butter, eggs, or fish, heated mildly enough to eat. I’ve missed it a lot because my friend Isioma used to prepare them for me every time, and they taste so nice that I’ve been searching the media for recipes. Some snacks are of high quality, though, so not all of them are awful. Sneakers with peanuts and mild chocolate or something similar are my favourite. The idea that one person’s food may be another’s poison is accurate when it comes to our food choices, but I don’t believe that other snacks are nasty or of poor quality because of my experience. Sneakers and meat pie are Meat pies are snacks I could eat right now even as I write from my work break period. What are yours?. Happy New Year to all.

Policies against opinions

How have your political views changed over time?

Only few understands the term service

I was always interested in the policies of the governments that were in power at the time because, as a young person, I was not just hopeful about my political beliefs but also about how I might best help to improve my society. My favourite subject in secondary school was government, which I found enjoyable. The foundations established by the big nations’ founding fathers piqued my curiosity much. their names’ inherent charm as well as their prior contributions. As a result, I intended to pursue foreign studies at university, but I had no idea that my goal would never come true. A legacy endures forever. As a child who strives for excellence, I attempted to comprehend the significance of government, the reasons for its structure, and why everyone must adhere to it.

However, I became puzzled because the definitions and methods of practice contained in our study books and constitutions, as well as those espoused by political parties, are diametrically opposed. Especially when they say democracy is “government of, by, and for the people.” Since the government that advocates for human rights denies people their fundamental rights. Politicians that advocate for freedom of speech stifle activists. I became disinterested in politics. when government institutions operated against the people they were supposed to serve and society was unable to hold elected officials accountable for breaching the law. I lost interest in governance. My opinions could change, though, if our politicians realise that being a leader entails serving others and are held responsible for their mistakes, just like everyone else in that society.

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

Our indispensable nature

Life is designed in a way that we complement each other. No one is an island in reality. Life is mysterious; one may never know his/her influence until circumstances raise their head. However, in our superpowers, we still realise we are indispensable irrespective of our control and affluence. From childhood to fatherhood, I have had a series of influencers in my life; while some were out of circumstances and limited, though with huge impact, others are permanent like the rock of ages. From the onset, my family has been my bedrock, my parents in particular, because most traits I possess today wouldn’t be possible without them. To my siblings, whom I hold in high esteem, especially my immediate younger brother, who has always had my back in everything, I wouldn’t love them less in any way for their assistance whenever I reached out.

Like I have always said: life is what happens to us while we are busy with other things, and change is the only thing constant in life; As we develop and grow, we experience change both internally and externally; with change of environment comes new influence and affluence.

Circle of life

We suddenly realise that we no longer depend on our parents or siblings but friends, some of whom turned into family through character and affection. In that respect, I appreciate few friends who have withstood the length of time—those who have been a great source of help, relief, and understanding (Bob and Angie), whose advice and affection played a big role in my life. However, emerging into fatherhood brings yet another big influencers into my life. Unlike friends and relatives , my kids and wife impacts my everyday decisions and alter my way of life beyond my imagination.

Not everyone in life will have a positive impact on us; some people were meant to teach us lessons, test us, and others to strengthen us, and we should be grateful and appreciate life because just as we are influenced by others, in return we impact other people’s lives.noting the life cycle, which makes us all complacent in our commitments to one another even in our indispensable nature.
