We frequently concentrate more on things that break us than ones that heal us, and I know this from having been through a lot as a result of my choices and the circumstances beyond.

Life is what occurs to us in the midst of our other commitments.most of the time as a result of stress-inducing unforeseen circumstances. We hardly even notice our surroundings or our state. Moreover, the stress of guaranteeing an ideal future and a luxurious life of luxury rides our happiness to the bone. Many are hence despondent, mentally unwell, experiences heart problems, or worse, passes away. It would be fantastic to teach people more about the condition of their mental health and the significance of attaining it by emphasising present-moment awareness while also boldly stating their ideas and feelings. Even in times when pressure from the past and future is at its highest, people should be taught the value of living in the moment and appreciating it.mindfulness is a virtue We all should practice or better say have.
